About the role
Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for an
Administrator to join our Plant & Fleet business unit to work within the telematics department based in
Derby.
Within this role you'll work as part of the Driver Risk Management team to assist in the administration and coordination of the vehicle and plant telematics installation, deinstallation, MI reporting and data management.
What you'll be doing
As an
Administratoryou will:
- Laise with suppliers to facilitate unit installations, deinstallations;
- Manage supplier relationship and develop emerging technologies;
- Create and develop operational MI reporting as necessary to benefit Balfour Beatty standards of safety, savings, and sustainability;
- Liaise with wider DRM to manage telematics outputs;
- Line management of data analyst apprentice;
- Identify nonreporting units and facilitate repairs;
- Manage billing and costings for unit rental and incidentals.
Who we're looking for
Personal Qualities and Experience:
- Strong previous experience within an administrator role
- MS Excel to advanced standard
- Communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Time management
- Excellent IT and PowerPoint presentation building skills
- Problem solving under pressure
- Selfmotivated, Able to work on own initiative and seek out opportunities in line with level of responsibility
