Our reputable client is seeking an experienced Community Manager to join their team. The main purpose of your role as community manager will be to ensure an elevated workplace and employee experience.


As Community Manager You will be the main point of contact for the workplace community and championing the concierge programme, liaising between the client and their employee base.

Supported by two workplace ambassadors, you will lead the guest experience,making the workplace a destination of choice.


Key responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and schedule activities/events, from ideation to implementation for social groups and teams, and leading offsite events.
  • Collaborate with client's workplace experience teams to bring expertise to initiative strategy, cocreate calendar of events and activities focusing on driving a highly engaged community.
  • Assist the workplace team with onsite event management including catering, building access and meeting room setup
  • Oversee the guest & visitor registration process for the event/activity, capturing engagement and success.
  • Recommend best practices, including but not limited to community management, events, training, and employee experience.
  • Assist with the new hire onboarding process welcoming new hires to the office and familiarising them with their team neighbourhood, office and building amenities and where to go when they have questions
  • Review employee feedback and survey results regularly and implement communityspecific plans to improve KPIs.
  • Follow up in person with all members who've submitted a detractor survey response.

Experience required:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or other related degrees.
  • 5+ years' experience in similar highend customer service role, preferably from a hotel, travel or luxury retail background
  • Experience launching community initiatives and events.
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail, with a natural ability for sales
  • Highly social, motivated, and proactive; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions with strong executive presence, confidence, poise, perseverance, and ability to develop relationships with and influence a variety of partners
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, selfawareness, work ethic, and compassion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms
  • Exemplary excellent customer service skills to consistently deliver a bestinclass customer experience in a fast paced, structured corporate environment
