We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Care Co-ordinator (Regional Care Lead) to join us at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our head office in Chesterfield.
We are lookingfor someone with knowledge of the care industry who has excellent organisationand communication skills. This is apredominantly office-based role, managing your own workload supported by theoffice manager. Hours ofwork will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (flexibility required to meet theclients and company needs).You willensure that all documentation is kept up to date, organising client reviews,staff training, supervision and appraisals. You will berequired to participate in the out of hours on-call rota. You will not berequired to cover any care calls in person.
The idealcandidate will have previous experience working in care, strong admin skills, agood knowledge and understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
You arerequired to undertake training identified by the company to support your roleand responsibilities, some of this will be undertaken off site and at varyinglocations.
Where requiredyou may be asked to work on days and times other than Monday – Friday, 9am –5pm, including public holidays.
Level3 qualification, linked to health and social careExperienceworking in the health or social care industry
Highlevel of computer literacy, covering Word, Excel, Outlook
Youmust have a full driving licence and your own vehicle
Youmust possess the knowledge of and/or practical experience of moving & handling,personal care, medication management. experience in learning disabilities andautism
Personal Qualities
Youmust be confident on the telephone and have a good telephone manner
Youmust show commitment and a willingness to be flexible and complete a task tospecified deadlines
Bepunctual, flexible and willing to make necessary changes to meet any changingneeds of the company in line with the care industry requirements
You must have a willingness and the flexibilityto travel to various locations to undertake tasks such as team meetings,supervisions for staff, review meetings etc
23,500 - £31,500 per annum depending on experience
