**Trainee Mortgage Advisor
- £20-25k plus commission
  • Bath Central
  • Hybrid Role**Reed Bath is delighted to be working with an established company in Bath, as they look to recruit a trainee Mortgage advisor.

Key responsibilities:


  • To gather all appropriate information so that the most suitable mortgage advice can be provided to the customer and evidenced in accordance with the company's operational processes. To exercise customer care and consideration to ensure that the company'sagreed performance standards are met or exceeded consistently. To fully and correctly document the call(s) to achieve or exceed the company's performance standards for case acceptance rates.
  • To complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner and operate at all times in accordance with the company's T&C Scheme and all applicable rules issued in accordance with MCOB, and where applicable ICOBS.
  • To understand and adhere to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulatory requirements including the FCA's Conduct Rules.
