The Role
We are looking for a FinCrime Quality Assurance Specialist to join our existing team as the business scales globally.
You will be responsible for keeping our Financial Crime team and controls effective, without compromising customer experience.

You will conduct regular quality checks against the performance of our team and the operation of our procedures, providing ongoing feedback and training.


What we're looking for

  • Prior experience in a QA related role
  • A good understanding of the Financial Crime regulations
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate feedback effectively
  • Passion for the customer journey
