Senior Marketing Operations Manager / 2 Year FTC / UK Wide / £35,000 to £48,000 + £3300 (London allowance)

Overview:

My client, a global charitable foundation are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join their marketing team.

The role will be to lead on setting and managing supplier, agency, contract and process operations across a multi-million-poundportfolio of education, English and cultural engagement globally and in the regions.

Role purpose:

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will work closely with the global and regional Marketing Operations Teams and wider marketing stakeholders, to identify gaps within global/regional agency rosters, providing guidance on programme specific outsourcingneeds and managing agency escalations, agency diversity and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead on overall agency management globally, including sourcing, evaluation and governance, supporting business requirements
Drives improvements of processes and standards for areas including procurement, agency management, and contracts
Works with regional and local colleagues on tendering and frameworks
Actively promote and champions the adoption of best practices in Marketing through tools such as the Marketing Community of Practice
Manage and oversee budget control, administration & forecasting of agency fees

Requirements:

Experience of working in an operations or process focused marketing role in a large and complex organisation
Understanding of the processes, tools, and technology that enable effective marketing operations
Experience of managing budgets and marketing suppliers
Experience of agency and supplier partnership and contract management within a commercial and/ or public sector environment

Package:

- £35,000 - £48,000 + £3300 (London living allowance)
