Salary:
£26,000 + £3000 quality bonus

Purpose of role

  • Dealing with customer queries and enquiries while ensuring accurate seamless order processing
  • Investigating and rectifying any issues

Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for customers
  • Processing and scheduling B2B orders using SAP
  • Using client portal to review and prioritise orders
  • Getting quotes from couriers and arranging special deliveries
  • Make necessary amendments to scheduled orders
  • Feedback any issues / delays on purchase orders to customers and rectify issues accordingly
  • Stock management
  • Sending CoA's, invoicing, credit notes
Attributes

  • Order processing experience is essential
  • Experience using SAP
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Fast accurate data entry
  • Scheduling and logistics experience highly beneficial
  • Strong client focus
  • Thorough and meticulous
  • Good customer service skills with issue resolution skills
