Proactive Workforce Solutions are currecting recruiting for several customer service team members.


Main Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Provide Support to reward customers by understanding and resolving queries and issues.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Offer technical and troubleshooting support and work closely with the business to raise larger customer impacting issues.
  • Promote and maintain high standards of communication in line woth Omnichannel Customer Support and brand guidelines for both verbal and written communication.
  • Proactively highlight to your line managerareas where processes, and ways of working can be improved to enhance the overall customer experience and drive positive change.
  • Ability to navigate several systems to support the resolution.
  • Accurate incident logging to allow for reporting back to the business.
  • Accountable for own metrics including First Contact Resolution and Customer Satisfaction driving more promoters.

How you will do it:

  • The role requires a customer focused mentality with previous experience of working in Customer Service, Contact Centre or Shared Service environment.
  • You will use your autonomy to make sound decisions, effectively serving the customer through a positive outlook and 'win/win' attitude with a contribution to customer loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships.
  • Challenge and solve difficult situations to ensure to ensure the right outcome for the customer.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE BUT SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK FROM THE OFFICE BASED IN LEEDS FOR 1 DAY A WEEK AND FOR 3 WEEKS DURING YOUR TRAINING_

THIS IS A 7 DAY OPERATION SO YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE A FLEXIBLE APPROACH TO WORKING HOURS_


Salary:
Up to £10.10 per hour
