    Description

    Falcon Green is working with a European Engineering Contractor that is focused on delivering complex, large scale life sciences and mission critical projects across Ireland, UK, Europe and further afield. Due to planned and continued growth, they now require a competent Mechanical QA/QC Lead on a hyperscale project in North London.

    As QA/QC Lead you will be liaising with the site teams and client to ensure top level standards are adhered to from conception right through to handover. The ideal candidate will come from similar background and have experience working on large mechanical mission critical packages.

    You would be joining a company that is renowned as a market leader in the industry and with annual turnover set to reach the €1 billion mark next year, they are well positioned to continue their market dominance. The orderbook is already full for the coming years with all of their closest clients still as busy as ever.

    The ideal candidate must have extensive data centre experience and come from an Mechanical bias.

    QA/QC Lead Responsibilities:

    ·Management, implementation, and maintenance of ISO9000/2000 & to ISO 14001

    ·Develop quality plans, manuals, documents, and systems.

    ·Work with our Client to ensure that their Quality standards & procedures are successfully submitted, approved & implemented against agreed timelines.

    ·Completion of Audits.

    ·Advise Management on QA issues.

    ·Ensure that all documentation and certification is complete and checked prior to final handover.

    ·Attend and co-ordinate weekly meetings with the client, subcontractors & suppliers.

    ·Documents Control - Reviewing and revising documentation to incorporate changes to company policies and objectives.

    ·Reporting and ensuring that the current QA/QC procedures used on projects are standardized and integrated into the Company QA/QC Manual.

    QA/QC Lead Requirements for the role:

    ·A relevant Third Level or Professional Qualification in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering

    ·Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines.

    ·Excellent work and personal ethics that include trustworthiness, commitment, and empathy.

    ·Ability to produce quality written reports.

    ·Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

    ·Data Centre experience
