We are recruiting for an Operations Officer to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Programme Manager for our Strategy Implementation, to provide operational support for staff across the organisation.

This is a busy and varied role, where day-to-day tasks may change at short notice and are dictated by organisational priorities and high-level governance requirements.

The post-holder will hold a pivotal role in contributing to a positive workplace culture through supporting all staff events, diverse talks and discovery sessions.

The role involves collaborating with senior leaders, including the Board of Trustees, Executives and the Senior Management Team, and offers the opportunity to develop knowledge of charity governance.

To succeed in this role, the post-holder will be highly organised, confident working independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem solving.

Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working).

Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).

Contract duration
Permanent.

Midday (12pm), Tuesday 5 September 2023.
