We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Materials Planner to join our team in Kintore, Aberdeenshire.
You will be responsible for control of regional supply/demand of parts and in-house scopes, working closely with colleagues to ensure that material is being sourced and delivered on time to meet our customer expectations.
You will:
- Review planned orders and release purchase requisitions/work orders.
- Develop control tools and processes to manage critical milestones to ensure ontime delivery.
- Manage inventories to eliminate and prevent excess/inactive materials.
- Proactively review Forecast, Safety stock and Minimum Order Quantity's to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Maintain accurate Item Master data for the region.
- Maintain planned delivery time and GR (Good Receipt) processing time for external and intercompany material.
- Work with all functions to prioritise movement of business critical Inventory.
- Identifying and reporting improvement potentials.
