SEO Executive (EMEA)

Our mission is to delight our consumers with innovative products, and to positively impact people's lives every day in every home around the world We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded SEO Executive who can support the day-to-day delivery of the channel, with a focus on increasing quality of traffic and revenue.

Reporting to the Senior Global SEO Manager, the SEO Executive will work within our fast-paced eCommerce team to help improve organic performance for the Shark and Ninja websites across the UK and International markets (EMEA).

Duties will include implementing tactics in line with SharkNinja's SEO strategy, and contributing to our roadmap by analysing, evaluating & seeking opportunities, scalable website improvements and quick wins.

Here are some of the exciting things you'll do:

Develop and facilitate the implementation of our SEO strategy in EMEA, recognising market specific nuances
Carry out indepth, localised keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for target key terms
Optimise onpage SEO, including optimising website content, meta tags, headers and internal linking structure
Write and/or brief relevant copy for new pages to improve organic visibility and drive a consistent and effective content offering
Ongoing technical maintenance of websites, running regular crawls and identifying housekeeping issues or challenges, fixing or escalating as necessary
Monitor and analyse SEO performance metrics using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Liaise with agencies to ensure the smooth running of SEO campaigns
Collaborate cross functionally to ensure SEO is at the heart of content creation and CRO optimisation
Work alongside the Performance Marketing team to support the Paid Media leads in maximising crosschannel budget efficiencies
Stay up to date with search engine algorithm changes and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain or improve rankings
Advocate SEO best practices and the benefits of SEO to the wider team

Some of what we're looking for

2+ years in an SEO role covering technical, onpage and content
Additional language skills are desirable (German or French preferred)
Excellent understanding of key SEO principles
Experience performing SEO audits to define tactics
Experience with industrystandard tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads Keyword Planner, PageSpeed Insights, Screaming Frog and more
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects, with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver quality work within tight deadlines
A natural curiosity to think outside of the box and problemsolving skills
A passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices
Certifications such as Google Analytics or Google Ads are a plus
