    Senior FP&A Manager – Marketing & OPEX
    Leeds / Hybrid

    The position of Senior FP&A Manager – Marketing & OPEX within the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department, will be responsible for supporting the regional Chief Marketing Officer, wider marketing function in the annual budget and forecasting process, ROI management, and operational resilience while providing analytical insights and being a trusted adviser to the team.

    Reporting to the Director FP&A-EMEA, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced matrix environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams is crucial to success.

    Key member of the EMEA FP&A team
    Managing ~$500m of Marketing and OPEX expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growth
    Responsibility for the reviewing of marketing commercial performance
    Support business planning by providing financial analysis and modelling
    Providing finance and business support to the marketing team
    Support decision making with data and insight
    Responsible for providing accurate and timely finance information
    Calculate monthly work in progress/comment on variance analysis
    Work with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting process
    Contributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functions
    Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information
    Drive on-going breakthrough initiatives requiring sharp project management and leadership skills
    Key Projects / Areas of Highlight
    Financial partner to functional breakthrough projects
    Serve as trusted advisor to the marketing team
    Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting
    Previous experience with budgeting and analysis
    Able to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel
