    Role Overview:

    As the Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for setting and achieving technical objectives for all Ninja products globally. Your focus will be on ensuring high product quality and exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life.

    You will collaborate closely with various teams including Global Engineering, Quality, Marketing, and Customer Excellence to ensure flawless product execution. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will lead efforts to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and reliable products.

    This hybrid role is based in our London office, with a presence required three days a week.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Consistently deliver top-quality products and exceptional consumer experiences globally
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and China engineering team to drive process efficiencies
    • Analyze customer feedback and engineering data to implement product improvements
    • Work closely with New Product Development teams to address key findings in future product cycles
    • Translate mechanical findings into consumer-facing solutions with Customer Excellence teams
    • Effectively communicate product solutions and challenges to executive-level teams
    • Set priorities, maintain project momentum, and drive innovative problem-solving
    • Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers and marketing team members

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in global product development and/or Quality
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
    • Proficiency in data analysis and communication skills
