608 Vets are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate receptionist to join our friendly and forward-thinking team to provide maternity cover.
The role requires a caring, confident and mature approach to all aspects of veterinary practice and client care.Greeting clients, and their pets, with a friendly and helpful manner
~ Maintaining accurate client records in line with data protection regulations
~ Day to day administrative duties including filing, debt management and processing insurance claims
~ Communicating with clients, colleagues, and the wider business face-to-face, through email and telephone
~ Maintaining the organisation and hygiene standards of the reception areas
