Search Consultancy, one of the UK's leading healthcare recruitment businesses, is currently looking for an exceptional
Residential Assistant Manager. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll be responsible for providing the highest quality of care and support to our client's with Learning Disabilities in their care home based in the Horley area.

As a
Residential Assistant Manager in Horley, you'll be working full-time earning a highly competitive salary of up to £27,736.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the Service Manager to maintain the day to day running ofthe service on behalf of our client and working with Head Office departments to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the facility meets all of its legal requirements.

You'll also support the Service Manager to develop an ethos that reflects people's individualneeds and that celebrates their differences and diversity.

  • An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above:
  • Team management experience
