Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
- Manage and grow all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other relevant platforms
- Create and curate engaging and shareable content that is aligned with the organization's brand and messaging
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics and make datadriven decisions to improve performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the social media industry
- Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and tools, and adapt the strategy accordingly
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role
- Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience working in the third sector or in a similar nonprofit organization is an advantage
- A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
