Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
  • Manage and grow all social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other relevant platforms
  • Create and curate engaging and shareable content that is aligned with the organization's brand and messaging
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics and make datadriven decisions to improve performance
  • Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the social media industry
  • Stay uptodate with the latest social media trends and tools, and adapt the strategy accordingly

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a social media management role
  • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience working in the third sector or in a similar nonprofit organization is an advantage
  • A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is preferred
