    As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of driving evolution and fostering growth within our dynamic company.

    Reporting directly to our Head of Pricing, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Actuarial, Finance, and Marketing, forging strong relationships to drive strategic initiatives forward.

    You will own our risk pricing activities, including building risk pricing GLMs or machine learning models as appropriate.

    You will be responsible for monitoring our frequency and severity trends, doing deep dives into our claims data to drive actionable insight.

    Building a strong relationship with our claims function and underwriting partners to deliver an accurate assessment of ManyPets' performance as an


    MGA:
    ensuring high levels of trust and mutual success.

    Supporting technical enhancement to our processes with an opportunity to advance the use of open-source software and new techniques.

    Work closely with our deployment lead to drive innovation in rating and new factors as required.

    You will take ownership of our external data enrichment and gather new intelligence to enhance the predictiveness of our models.

    Support and peer review junior analysts with potential for line management responsibility for one pricing analyst.

    You bring high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail everything you do.
    You'll be an experienced senior analyst working through actuarial exams (study support available) or a data scientist.
    You have commercial experience in a pricing role, preferably direct or aggregator-led personal lines insurance.
    You are up to date with technical developments in the insurance industry and best practice in actuarial methods.
    You'll know Excel will have experience with one or more programming languages such as SQL, SAS, R or Python
    You will bring an understanding of the dynamics of personal lines insurance (pet insurance experience an advantage, but not essential)
