JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Demonstrated understanding of the demands of predominantly weekend shifts, showcasing a commitment to meeting the requirements of the role.
- Uncompromising dedication to delivering quality and authenticity in all aspects of event planning and execution.
- Exemplary attention to detail, ensuring flawless coordination and execution of events to perfection.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, contributing effectively to a closeknit team united by a shared mission.
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities, fostering genuine connections and surpassing client expectations.
- Adaptability and flexibility to excel in a fastpaced, dynamic environment where precision and efficiency are paramount.
- Passion for the events industry, with a drive to create unforgettable moments that leave a lasting impression on guests.
- Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of event planning experience or transferable skills.
- Experience working with corporate clients or small businesses is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
Salary:
£24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
