The Calisen Group is in an exciting and strong position where we are seeing growth and development in all areas of the business.

As a result of this growth, an exciting opportunity has become available within our marketing department for a Marketing Managerwho will be responsible for the execution of Calisen's marketing strategy.


Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the rest of the Marketing department, the purpose of this role is to take ownership of Calisen's external communications, including responsibility for the full Group's social media channels andthe content within our customer facing platforms (website).

With the objective of raising both the Groups and all sub-companies brand awareness, increasing our brand following, present our product offering to a target, own our prospect nurture communicationsand support the overall marketing plan.

What we are looking for

  • Prior experience in a social media role ideally you've worked across multiple brands and accounts
  • Scheduling and calendar building experience
  • Good content writing skills and the ability to come up with campaign ideas
  • Expert knowledge of social platforms, their algorithms and metrics, and how to get the best from them
  • Experience in developing effective nurture comm's and journey flows
  • Strong copy writing skills
  • Understanding of CRM platforms and how to use
  • Ability to manage your own time and workload
  • Selfmotivated

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own Calisen's external communication strategy
  • Taking ownership of all existing social media channels, looking to increase brand awareness, followers and engagement
  • Building a monthly social media calendar and scheduling posts, ensuring the content is aligned to our objectives, brand purpose and guidelines
  • Create and maintain our prospect nurture comms, managing our CRM tool
  • Developing creative and engaging content, working with the external creative agency teams as required
  • Ensuring content is optimised and visible to the correct target audience
  • Working with the marketing team to deliver wider campaigns across our external channels
  • Support the upkeep of our website content and liaising with business departments to ensure content is accurate and refreshed
  • Review and analyse posts, looking at visitor data and where improvements can be made
  • Auditing social accounts and google analytics and reporting on results
  • Focusing on audience engagement and interaction, responding to comments
  • Working with brand ambassadors and key partners in order to further grow our reach.
