Service Advisor

Location:
Maidstone

Salary:
Basic £24,000 - £26,000 with up to £35,000 OTE

Days:
Monday to Friday 8.00AM - 6.00PM with every other Saturday 8.30AM PM

Your future employer really does put the customer at the heart of their business and with their continued growth and expansion they are looking to add a Service Advisor to that team.

When you start you will be working with the Service, Parts and Technical teams to manage the whole customer experience from start to finish, ensuring you deliver prompt, friendly and accurate service.

Duties and tasks include:

Making precalls to ensure customers are aware of upcoming appointments
Organising alternative vehicles and pickup for customers
Completing the required administration of each service visit including accurate invoicing
Promoting our products and services to our customers as best suits their needs
Achieving industryleading standards of service and operational excellence
Maintaining showroom standards including points of sale and customer displays
