    Description

    A client based in Bristol, BS2, is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to oversee operations at our flagship branch. This role involves leading a skilled team, cultivating a positive atmosphere, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will take a proactive role in driving business growth by implementing effective strategies to boost productivity and achieve sales targets.

    Compensation: Basic salary plus a monthly Car Allowance of £450.

    • Main Duties include:
    • Oversee Internal & External Sales
    • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to maximize team performance
    • Analyze local market trends and identify sales opportunities
    • Manage distribution operations and liaise with Head Office and other branches for inventory control
    • Ensure compliance with HSE Legislation and company H&S Policy
    • Collaborate with the management team to meet branch targets
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth
    • Monitor competitive markets and report on market trends

    Working Hours: 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.

    Experience/Skills required:

    While industry experience is advantageous, we value transferable skills:

    • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team
    • Customer-centric mindset with focus on sales and service excellence
    • Background in warehouse and distribution operations
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
