Join our London-based Commodities and Global Markets Technology Division where they drive enhanced operational efficiency and utilise process improvement skills to streamline administrative activities in this area.

Ideally, you will have excellent stakeholder management skills, be extremely well-organised, be able to multi-task, and to work autonomously.

In this role you will work closely with the Executive Assistants in the region on initiatives and ensure that the office runs efficiently.

You will also become a key point of contact for the team for any ad hoc queries that arise.

There will be diary managementfor Division Directors working across multiple time zones with internal and external meetings, and you will be required to assist in arranging Town Halls and workshops in London and globally.

You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for all new members of staff joining Commodities and Global Markets Technology team and will undertake the transfer and leaver process working closely with line managers to ensure details are correct,as well as process expenses for senior leaders and assist/train team on expense management in Concur.

In this role you will have a proactive approach, always thinking ahead to avoid potential conflicts. You will prioritise and respond quickly to requests and identify areas where processes can be improved and driving change.

Lastly, you will be able to adaptyour approach dependent on the task and teams you are working with and manage expectations by providing updates where required.
