    Your role

    Are you someone who enjoys tackling challenges with precision and agility? Do you have coding skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Can you effectively offer support, collaborate, and be a team player?

    We're seeking a desk quant / trade capture specialist to:

    • Develop and maintain applications and workflows to streamline daily processes for analyzing P&L, monitoring risk, and pricing options
    • Build and enhance data visualization reports using PowerBI/Tableau
    • Assist in managing interest rate risk for the FX option and notes business, optimizing funding position
    • Support FX derivatives trading and act as a point of contact for trade-related queries and tasks
    • Provide assistance to the trading desk on trade bookings, reports, settlement liaison, and trade reconciliation
    • Contribute to a robust risk control environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Manage trading flow within appropriate systems and investigate any trade discrepancies
    • Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve trade discrepancies and escalate high-risk items
    • Investigate and resolve any unexplained P&L resulting from new trade events

    You will be part of the FX derivatives trading team in London, working with counterparts around the world. Your role will be crucial in supporting our Traders to deliver quality service to clients by providing access to needed products and liquidity.

    Your expertise

    • Hold a university degree
    • Prior experience in trade capture and controls in the finance sector
    • Knowledge of FX derivatives operations is advantageous
    • Proficiency in coding (especially Python, VBA) and workflow automation (Alteryx)
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, matplotlib
    • Strong communication skills, fluent in English
    • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment
