- Coordinate the the overall bid submission process including writing compelling content
- Monitor all software portals
- Take a leading role in writing, publishing and submitting bids
- Liaise with subject matter experts and to be competent working in conjunction with bid libraries
- Develop a bid / No -bid process that will enable each tender opportunity to be scored and evaluated
- Produce and agree the bid programme identifying key dates for the submission of the information review dates and the deadlines and all team members are clear on the expected deliverable
- Attend tender presentations and take a leading role, alongside the sales team in presenting solutions to our customers.
- Review successful and unsuccessful tender submissions and provide feedback and lessons learnt to promote continuous improvement
- Previous experience in a similar role or looking for the next step up / promotion
- Ability to demonstrate the successful management of private and public bids
