About the OpportunitynIn your role as a consultant, you will be involved in the end-to-end client journey from specification and proposal development, through delivery, recommendation and implementation.
Hosting client meetingsnCreation of client proposalsnData analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in clients' procurement processesnGovernance and reportingnAdvising on procurement best practices, including risk management, supplier relationship management, and negotiationsnProject managementnRFP development and managementnSupporting clients through procurement implementation, including supplier selection and contract negotiationsnEnd to end contract processnDelivery of training and associated workshops
About YounWe are looking for a commercially minded graduate with an understanding of procurement and supply chain gained either through degree studies or work experience.
Our ideal team member will:
nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another procurement related fieldnHave a sound understanding of key procurement concepts including Category Management, ERP, the Procurement Life Cycle, Legal Concepts, Market Analysis and Data ManagementnHave a commercial mindset with the ability to 'think big' as well as focus on the detailnHave excellent people skills with the ability to build relationships at all levelsnExcellent communication skills both written and verbal enabling effective negotiation and influencingnNumerate with the ability to assess and manipulate datanAbility to work on your own initiative and collaboratively as part of a small teamnAn inquisitive thinker, prepared to ask questions and remain curiousnAble to work in a fast-paced environment and respond well under pressurenCreative approach to problem solvingnEager to learn and expand your knowledge and experience
