- Communicateeffectively with parents colleagues and senior staffmembers
- Participate instaff meetings parentteacher conferences and professionaldevelopmentworkshops
- Ensure that thehealth and safety of all students are maintained at alltimes
- QTS EYTSPGCE and strong academic record
- Bachelorsdegree in Education with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage orequivalent
- Knowledge of EYFS Curriculum andpedagogy
- Experience working in a classroomsetting
- Excellent communication planning andorganizational skills
- Ability to workcollaboratively with other educationprofessionals
- Passion and commitment tochildrens education
- Strong customer serviceorientation with excellent relationshipbuildingskills.
