Established in 2005, Full Circle is a dynamic and results-focused management consultancy practice.We have developed and grown significantly but our core ethos always remains the same - to 'roll up the sleeves' to provide practical assistance to SME and micro enterprise owner-managers overcome barriers to growth and to identify, target and fully exploit new business opportunities.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Programme Co-Ordinator to join our team to help us manage the funded business support programmes through which we provide support.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactive Marketing and Recruitment of the Programme(s)/Initiatives to prospective businesses.
- Initial engagement with business owners to assess their needs and assign a business mentor.
- Keeping records accurate and uptodate using established systems in place both on Excel and on Management Information Systems.
- Understanding the data and using this to report effectively on KPIs and monitor/evaluate these on an ongoing basis
- Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels in order to make the programme a success clients, subcontractors, funders and more.
- Management of public events/workshops/networking events including marketing, recruitment of participants and liaising with trainers to ensure successful delivery of such events.
- Collating paperwork and supporting information for invoicing on a monthly basis and tracking budget spend.
- Other duties relevant to delivery of Business Programmes as appropriate
Who we are Looking for:
You will have the ability to act on your own initiative, motivate people, network, and maximise opportunities for delivery of relevant programmes.
You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders from private and public sectors.
You'll have excellent Telephone Manner and Customer Service Skills as well as excellent written and oral presentation skills. You will have the ability to plan your workload effectively and meet tight deadlines.You will have strong attention to detail and great organisational skills as well as a high level of computer literacy - essential to have experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
You will have good administrative skills - keeping digital and manual filing systems organised and up to date.
In terms of experience and qualifications-you will have experience of working on multiple programmes/projects simultaneously, managing and reporting on KPIs and experience in administrative and reporting processes.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
