Inside Sales Executive

Poole, Hybrid (1-2x per week in office)

£25,000 basic, £35,000 OTE


Inside Sales Executive required to join the sales team of an award-winning software solutions firm, providing leading cutting-edge technology into large enterprise businesses.

I am looking for a motivated, results-driven individual, attracted by the opportunityto forge a thriving career within sales and support the business through its ongoing and continued growth.


Some of what you will be doing:

  • You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales enquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to maximise sales pipeline through crossselling/upselling of solutions
  • Working closely alongside the business development team to strengthen customer relationships
  • Supporting with processing orders and other required sales administration
  • Building effective internal and external relationships
  • Delivering a high level of customer service

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

  • Previous experience within a business development or commercial sales role
  • Resultsdriven, with the hunger to achieve and/or exceed monthly targets
  • A keen interest or experience in IT / software solutions would be advantageous
