Accounts Coordinator.
The successful AccountsCoordinator can either work part-time or full-time for this role and this is office-based only, due to customers and landlords visiting the office on a regular basis.

£22,000 - £26,500 Pro Rota DOE (for Part-time)

Job Description of the Accounts Coordinator:
- Managing the client account, lodging daily rental and deposit payments and tenancy details onto software databases
- Preparing rental schedules and managing a diary of rent payments, typically by standing order
- Monitoring and managing arrears and fees, resolving, and chasing tenant debt the overall management of credit control including refunding tenancy deposits
- Processing contractor invoices and payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing statements of account and banking payments for landlord clients
ABOUT YOU:
- Lettings accounts experience desirable
- Accounts/credit control/arrears management experience minimum 1 year
- High level of organisation, numeracy and communication skills
