Accounts Coordinator.

Our client has been established for over 25 years helping landlords and tenants all over Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career in the fast-paced property industry.

The successful AccountsCoordinator can either work part-time or full-time for this role and this is office-based only, due to customers and landlords visiting the office on a regular basis.

£22,000 - £26,500 Pro Rota DOE (for Part-time)

:21 days holiday per annum + bank holidays (rising to 25 every complete year)

Job Description of the Accounts Coordinator:

  • Managing the client account, lodging daily rental and deposit payments and tenancy details onto software databases
  • Preparing rental schedules and managing a diary of rent payments, typically by standing order
  • Monitoring and managing arrears and fees, resolving, and chasing tenant debt the overall management of credit control including refunding tenancy deposits
  • Processing contractor invoices and payments
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Preparing statements of account and banking payments for landlord clients

ABOUT YOU:


  • Lettings accounts experience desirable
  • Accounts/credit control/arrears management experience minimum 1 year
  • High level of organisation, numeracy and communication skills
