Description
2-month fixed term contract (Until 30th June 2023)37 hours per week
Fantastic opportunity to gain key housing skills and experience within our Tenancy Services Team.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, putting their needs at the heart of every decision we make and helping to create great places to live that our customers are proud to call home.
You will also get the chance to help our Tenancy Officers in a variety of tasks and other areas of our service when there are peaks in work demand.
You will need to have experience of dealing with members of the public and be able to maintain a high level of customer service whilst working under pressure.
High IT literacy skills are needed for this role as you will be working with a range of in-house databases.
