    Role: IT Project Manager / Director - Hotel Domain (Dubai Based)

    Experience:

    Contract Duration:

    • 2 years, with the possibility of extension

    Detailed Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director with a track record of managing large and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder management and a deep understanding of the Hospitality industry, specifically with Bed Bank experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage large-scale programs within the Hotel Domain.
    • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
    • Utilize expertise in Channel Manager and Bed Bank systems to drive efficiency and innovation.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

    Location and Duration:

    The selected candidate will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will be required to work at the customer site for a duration of 24 months. Relocation to Dubai and working from the client location will be necessary for this role.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in program management within the Hotel Domain.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
