    Customer Service Advisor / Customer Care Agent

    FANTASTIC JOB OPPORTUNITY IN STANSTED AIRPORT

    CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR REQUIRED
    We are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support passengers with assistance requirements at Stansted Airport. This is a great chance to join a global company, with no prior experience needed and comprehensive training provided

    Pay:
    £11.50 per hour

    Overtime available

    Hours:
    Shift Rotation: 4 on 4 off

    Location:
    Stansted Airport (CM24 1QW)
    Duration:
    Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities

    The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
    - Assisting passengers with assistance requirements to and from the aircraft and around the airport to improve their journey
    - Always welcoming passengers and inquiring about required assistance
    - Guiding passengers through the process
    - Assisting with check-in and security procedures
    - Ensuring wheelchairs are collected and returned to storage around the airport


    Other responsibilities may apply, to be discussed in detail during communication with you.


    Customer Service Advisor Requirements:
    - 5 years' worth of references (Our team will assist in obtaining them)
    - Willingness to undergo a DBS Check (Covered by us)
    - Ability to complete a GSAT (Covered by us)
    - Excellent customer service skills
    - Polite and professional demeanor
    - Passion for assisting others
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
