    Monday to Friday | 8.We have an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor on behalf of a leading, global, billion £ food manufacturer that is well-known in the market for their great tasting products

    Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will be the go-to person for all Employee Relations to provide professional and efficient people support to all stakeholders within the business.

    Be the first point of contact for all colleagues for all employee relations issues and provide advice and guidance in line with company policies and procedures, employment law and best practice
    – Proactively manage short and long-term sickness absence
    – Run and manage people surveys on all projects
    – Personable with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities
