    Technical Coordinator

    Location: Bristol

    Salary: Up to £45k + Package

    Renowned for creating award winning homes that exceeds expectations, my client is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the business. Schemes will primarily be traditional build housing.

    They have an impressive and diverse project portfolio at present, with quality design and sustainability at the forefront. Be assured that you will be joining a worthwhile project that you can have genuine pride over being a part of.

    Role

    This role is best suited to an experienced technical coordinator who will:

    • Deal with enquiries
    • Report progress to clients
    • Oversee the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory drawings and engineering packages on site
    • Work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time

    Candidate

    Candidates applying to this role must:

    • Have experience working as a technical coordinator for a housebuilder
    • Ideally come from an engineering background
    • Have excellent communication skills, with the necessity to liaise with internal staff and external bodies
    • Be able to solve technical issues efficiently and effectively
    • Have good time management and the ability to adhere to deadlines
