    Description

    Title: Talent/Booking Agent

    Applicant: Must be based in the UK & have experience in a similar role.

    Overview:

    As a Talent/Booking Coordinator at our Artist Representation & Management Agency, you will play a vital role in managing the schedules, bookings, and overall career development of our roster of talented artists. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, negotiating bookings, and ensuring seamless coordination of booked jobs to maximise our artists' visibility and success in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling, and sending out project briefs.

    2. Manage the calendars and schedules of assigned artists, coordinating bookings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

    3. Collaborate with the agency's talent management team to identify and pursue new

    opportunities for artists, including editorial shoots, fashion shows, brand campaigns,

    e-commerce and events.

    4. Negotiate contracts, rates with clients, ensuring fair compensation and favourable terms for artists.

    5. Coordinate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other industry professionals to assemble creative teams for projects.

    6. Prepare and distribute call sheets, contracts, and other necessary documentation for booked jobs, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

    7. Provide logistical support during shoots, events, and other engagements, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

    8. Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, and client communications using agency management software or CRM systems.

    9. Stay updated on industry trends, market demand, and emerging opportunities for artists, providing insights and recommendations to support talent development strategies.

    10. Act as a brand ambassador for the agency and its artists, fostering positive relationships with clients, collaborators, and industry contacts.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    2. Previous experience in talent management, booking coordination, or related roles within the beauty and fashion industry is necessary.

    3. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and diplomatic demeanour.

    5. Negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for artists' interests while maintaining positive client relationships.

    6. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.

    7. Knowledge of industry standards, practices, and terminology related to fashion and beauty shoots, events, and campaigns.

    8. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with agency management software or CRM systems.

    9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.

    10. Passion for beauty, fashion, and the creative arts, with a genuine interest in supporting artists' careers and aspirations.

    11. French & English (oral & written) are a must

    Remuneration:

    £20k - £30k depending on experience.
