We have an opportunity for a strong leader with exceptional communication skills and presence.


As the Technology Risk & Controls Lead within Cybersecurity & Technology Controls (CTC) you will be an integral part of the team that supports our platform modernization program while working in partnership with AWM Technology.


Job responsibilities

  • Advise on Security controls around the adoption of new technology (public cloud) and integration with internal systems
  • Support requests from control functions such as internal and external IT audit in line with regulatory expectations as well as companywide standards
  • Assist with training and spreading technology risk and control awareness within the organization, while building strong relationships
  • Act as a trusted risk and controls partner within the firm
  • Set and drive the business' strategic direction to deliver technology that meets internal and external needs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced knowledge of multiple IT controls and experience working within a large environment, including processfocused methodologies for ITrelated activities (change management, incident management, SLDC etc.)
  • Proficiency in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management, and data protection
  • Ability to collaborate with highperforming teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively communicate and present security risk concepts with business and technology partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Relevant certifications: CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CRISC (Certified in Risk Management) and CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
