Description
Our Trainer delivers learning and development (L&D) interventions and development centre support across Atlanta Group. You will be instrumental in supporting our colleagues on their learning journeys.

How will you do this?


Joining our Learning & Development Team, you will define and deliver the training needs across the business as required, including face to face learning, virtual training and development centre support.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate development initiatives and interventions to ensure colleagues have the skills and knowledge they need and are equipped to meet immediate and future needs of the organisation.


You will support Training managers in the day to day running of the training team, including the management of trainers activity.

Having worked in fast paced contact centre environments before, you will use your expertise to coach and engage with agents and managers to share feedback and develop operational teams, whilst supporting Team Managers to develop their people skills.

Always curious, you are always researching best practices, and suggest new ideas to continuously improve training and development.

You are always evaluating the efficiency of training and development, for longer term business impact, evaluating the ROI at every opportunity.

You ensure learning interventions are fit for purpose, kept up to date and delivered in a blended approach to take account of different learning styles.

As a natural relationship builder, you will support key stakeholders on projects that require learning interventions. You will also have a strong people management background and be able to support and deliver difficult conversations/messages.

You will also help Team Managers develop their people skills to be able to coach and their teams on the job.


You will also:

  • Deliver training on various platforms including face to face and virtually.
  • Support the implementation of new organisational initiatives through the delivery of learning interventions, where new skills, knowledge or ways of operating are required.
