The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester - A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, renowned for its elegance and exceptional service, is seeking a talented and passionate Bartender/Mixologist to join our team.

With 215 luxurious rooms and a vibrant bar, we offer a remarkable experience for our guests.

If you have a love for crafting creative cocktails, extensive wine knowledge, and thrive in a bustling bar environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, utilizing your expert mixology skills to create unique and delicious drinks.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wines and assist guests in making informed selections.
  • Engage with guests, offering recommendations, answering questions, and providing guidance on our extensive beverage menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination of food and beverage orders.
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and rotation of beverages.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, new techniques, and innovative drink recipes.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience working as a bartender in a highvolume, fastpaced environment is essential.
  • Exceptional knowledge and expertise in mixology, with the ability to craft unique and visually stunning cocktails.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of various wines, regions, and varietals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in drink preparation.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the role requires flexibility in scheduling.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a teamoriented environment.
