The Role


The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for Deckers' Head office and retail stores.

The individual must also have the ability to follow detailed standard operatingprocedures and be able to work independently on specific support related tasks.

This position requires strong customer service and interpersonal skills.


Your Impact:


  • Address and resolve incidents and requests via a ticketing system
  • Helps answer the Help Desk hotline
  • Ensures the endtoend customer experience and singlepointofcontact
  • Responsible for new hire computer setups and training
  • Serve as liaison between employees and level 2 and level 3 technical and functional team members to resolve issues.
  • Analyses and resolves issues regarding the use of store hardware and software providing level 1 technical support.
Support including but not limited to of computers, computer peripherals, printers, mobile phones, multi-function devices.
Basic troubleshootingof computer networking and wireless technology.

  • Responsible for store computer setups including POS, Printers, mobile devices and store related peripherals
  • Adheres to the IT policies and procedures
  • Follow up on open service inquiries to ensure that customers received solution and are satisfied with solution
  • Creates and administers new user accounts, passwords, and privileges/rights
  • Work with Systems Administrator to determine and resolve highlevel problems
  • Performs installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, and other peripheral devices
  • Keep IT Department's documentation current and update where necessary

  • The IT Support Analyst will be expected to visit stores and office locations throughout Europe to help troubleshoot issues that cannot be solved remotely and to assist in new store openings

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Experience providing IT helpdesk support (1st Line Support is a must and 2nd Line Support is beneficial)
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Windows desktop support
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM is desirable
  • Experience with Oracle or POS system is beneficial
  • Desire to provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Understanding of networking and voice over IP phone systems is recommended.
  • Experience of supporting retail function or similar function within fast paced environment is beneficial.
