Description
Customer Service Administrator required for full time permanent position in Tarrant Gunville, Immediate start available if desired.
The role requires processing and coordinating customer orders efficiently, whilst ensuring that company quality standards and production targets are met.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Customer care and Sales support
- Answering the telephone
- Accurately taking customer bookings and orders and raising job tickets and sales orders as necessary.
- Minimising delay between customer placing order and delivery of order
- Promptly passing sales/nutrition enquiries to the Technical Manager or Managing Director Complaints actioned as necessary, and report passed to the Technical Manager.
Product Orders & Deliveries
- Processing customer orders for products
- Processing customer orders
- Coordinating production dates in schedule with routing of lorries
Maintenance of Mill Lorries
- Daily checking of driver defect sheets and reporting any issues to workshop engineer.
- Ensuring each mill lorry is kept up to date with inspections and servicing of both lorry and plant. Involves coordinating with our workshop engineer and Mercedes workshops.
- Ensuring service records including calibrations and clean down sheets are kept up to date and filed correctly.
Assistance with Routing
- Working with Technical Manager to ensure efficient routing of vehicles
- Coordinating it with customer requirements and product deliveries
Hours and Place of Work:
Monday to Friday** - hours are negotiable. You will be based at the Company's offices in Tarrant Gunville
Salary and Benefits
