    Description

    My client is a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, specializing in Microsoft 365 and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as AI/Machine Learning. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Modern Work and a Microsoft Preferred Content AI Partner, they serve a global customer base in over 25 countries, including government departments and enterprises in the UK, USA, UAE, and Australia.

    The Role:

    • Full Stack development and maintenance of products and modules, encompassing web interfaces, complex transformation logic, data access layer, and API integrations developed to defined standards.
    • Development of software components with re-usability in mind for future products.
    • Strong development governance for cloud-based new product platform development.
    • Agile development using scrum-based methods and sharing knowledge in a team spread across multiple geographic locations.
    • Mentoring team members in new development practices and trends in AI/ML.

    Required Skills:

    • A degree-level education, preferably in Computer Science.
    • Solid track record in software development experience using ReactJS, C#/.Net, and SQL Server.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and/or other cloud-based modern content services platforms.
    • Use of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience in developing SaaS-based applications using Azure. Azure Kubernetes knowledge would be advantageous.
    • Knowledge of ELK and Kafka would also be advantageous.
    • Strong technical aptitude and a "can-do" attitude.

    • Enthusiastic, collaborative, analytical, and methodical approach.
    • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
    • Experience working as a team member in a cross-functional, high-paced environment with the ability to gain support, manage expectations, and influence outcomes.
