    Job Title: Chinese Speaking Residential Sales Manager

    Location: Nine Elms, London, Marketing Suite

    Type: Permanent

    Salary: Competitive Market Rate Package (According to experience/qualifications)

    Report to: Sales and Marketing Director

    The Opportunity:

    Joining forces with the Sales and Marketing Director, part of the sales crew, you'll be actively defining and executing the sales game plan for Excel Winner's development range. Your mission: boost sales of the company's projects, handle external sales channels, and ensure hitting those sales goals. We're seeking a customer-focused, driven individual to deliver outstanding customer journeys. Working closely with internal teams is also part of the deal.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain a network of sales agencies, mortgage advisors, and external consultants.
    • Expand the client database through networking, managing channel agents, marketing campaigns, and sales events to drive sales growth.
    • Build and maintain relationships with both past and potential clients to ease the sales process.
    • Provide top-notch customer experiences for recurring business.
    • Monitor the correctness of reservation paperwork.
    • Support the conveyance manager in advancing all sales to closure.
    • Offer senior-level consultancy and guidance throughout the sales process.
    • Collaborate with the UK sales and marketing team to devise sales and marketing strategies.
    • Contribute to sales launch arrangements and event coordination.
    • Produce market research and sales reports, ensuring alignment with forecasts and targets.
    • Develop content for sales presentations and marketing materials.
    • Travel as necessary to assist in sales efforts and attend events.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated expertise in off-plan new home sales and customer journey management.
    • Prior experience in a residential property sales role; luxury apartment background desirable.
    • Proven track record in lead generation and client research.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and legislation.
    • Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
    • Adept at customer communication, sales closing, and multitasking.
    • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
    • Readiness to embrace and execute innovative marketing and sales strategies.
    • Ability to think on your feet and provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
    • Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese; Cantonese skills are a bonus.
    • Flexibility to attend to additional duties as needed.
