Description

In your role as Claims Settlement Advisor at Copart, you will be managing total loss motor claims and providing a best-in-class customer service experience.

The Claims Settlement Team assist with negotiating and settling total loss motor vehicle claims directlywith policy holders, on behalf of our insurance partners.

Main duties & responsibilities

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing telephone support and advice to policy holders.
Administer claimsrelated documentation.
Take ownership of your workload.
Manage and settle total loss claims.
Strive to give the best customer service possible.
Promote teamwork and be a team player.

Essential attributes

Customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer and data entry skills.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve.
Articulate, considered and empathetic.

Desirable attributes

Ability to identify customer vulnerability.
Microsoft office: excel, word, outlook and teams.
Experience working in a call centre environment.
Negotiation skills.
