The key responsibilities of an IT Support Engineer are:

  • To work with other team members to provide our customers with high quality remote technical support.
  • To be able to prioritise, troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and effectively.
Salary is dependent on experience and ability. Although the role is primarily a remote one, on-site visits to clients in the region are occasionally required.

We are a provider of high-quality IT support and consultancy services to customers in the South East of England.

The services we provide are a mix of remote and on-site support and consultancy, with clients ranging in size from 10 to 150 users, but we alsolook after a growing number of schools.

**The Person

  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a remote support role (experience within an MSP environment desirable but not essential)
  • Be able to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues from simple first line tasks through to more complex second and potentially third line issues (depending on experience)
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers on many different levels
  • Be a highly motivated and productive team player who is also capable of working independently when required
  • Be keen to learn and develop knowledge and skills
  • Enjoy working with like minded people who care about doing things properly
