The key responsibilities of an IT Support Engineer are:

To work with other team members to provide our customers with high quality remote technical support.
To be able to prioritise, troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and effectively.

Salary is dependent on experience and ability. Although the role is primarily a remote one, on-site visits to clients in the region are occasionally required.

We are a provider of high-quality IT support and consultancy services to customers in the South East of England.

The services we provide are a mix of remote and on-site support and consultancy, with clients ranging in size from 10 to 150 users, but we alsolook after a growing number of schools.

**The Person

Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a remote support role (experience within an MSP environment desirable but not essential)
Be able to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of issues from simple first line tasks through to more complex second and potentially third line issues (depending on experience)
Be able to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers on many different levels
Be a highly motivated and productive team player who is also capable of working independently when required
Be keen to learn and develop knowledge and skills
Enjoy working with like minded people who care about doing things properly
