Are you an experienced Technical Business Analyst ?

Do you data analysis skills ?

Have you worked in Banking with experience in the credit card, loans or savings area ?

I'm working with a leading Banking organisation who has built its success and reputation on providing excellent service. You will be working in a high profile team where the work is really interesting and challenging.

They are looking for someone to work in their Decision Science Pricing Analytics team where you will be involved in the building and running of pricing models and infrastructure to support business decisions and pricing strategy.

Although their office is in Edinburgh it is hybrid working and they will consider someone outside the normal commuting distance.

The role:

Analysis background, delivery of complex analysis and presentation of results to variety of stakeholders
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and support translation of these into technical requirements for solution
Develop an understanding of their pricing infrastructure to share insight across the business
Understanding of analytical techniques and frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management, working in Agile environment with a variety of teams across the bank
Strong problemsolving abilities, can identify and tackle challenges and opportunities
Experience working in retail banking environment, pricing knowledge is beneficial

Your experience should include:

Utilise data and analytical tools to deliver insightful and actionable analysis
SAS or coding experience, R is beneficial but not essential
Test and deploy pricing infrastructure for use in business, demonstrating impact and implications
Identify areas of improvement in functionality and use of infrastructure, and progress through to rollout
Work in an agile team with Data Scientist, Data Science Engineers and cross bank stakeholders to build and support use of analytical solutions
