    Description
    Structural and Weld Testing Services Ltd (SWTS) are looking for the right candidate to join our busy team of inspectors to support the management team to provide a top class inspection and testing service to our clients.

    Personnel Requirements
    • Good level of spoken and written English
    • Full UK Driving License
    • Understanding of acceptance standards/codes
    • Right to work in the UK
    Qualifications Required:
    • PCN Level 1 - Visual Inspection/Weld Inspection or CSWIP 3.0 Visual Inspector
    • PCN Level 2 - Magnetic Particle Inspection of Welds
    • PCN Level 2 - Dye Penetrant Inspection
    • PCN Level 2 - Ultrasonic Inspection Plate, Pipe and Tees
    Desirable Qualifications
    • CSWIP 3.1 - Welding Inspector
    • PCN Level 2 - Eddy Current

    Responsibilities:Set up and perform appropriate NDT inspections in our laboratory, at customers premises and on siteSet up and perform appropriate DT inspections in our laboratory Complete records/submit reportsAssist with the training of apprentices
    The majority of work will be in the south east region of the UK within normal working hours but you may be required to work away from home upon occasion and or carry out nights or weekends work with an appropriate pay uplift.
