- Maintain accurate and organized underwriting records, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

- Knowledge of agricultural and agribusiness practices, including crop types, farming techniques, and risk factors.
- A deep understanding of reinsurance principles and practices.
- 10+ years of experience in Underwriting/Reinsurance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.

They are seeking entrepreneurial proactive individuals who want to be part of something and to make their mark in their specialist area.
As an Agriculture Underwriter, you will specialize in Agriculture Reinsurance, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and underwriting risks, as well as crafting policy wordings that offer appropriate terms to both new and existing customers.
