- Ensure timely collection of debts and resolution of outstanding issues.
- Meet set targets for debt collection.
- Handle end-to-end dispute resolution.
- Conduct collection calls and maintain detailed notes.
- Manage customers with complex billing requirements.
- Record and resolve invoice disputes.
- Process credit and credit re-bill requests.
- Reconcile accounts.
- Participate in regional debt calls and reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum two years' experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection, or Customer Service dispute resolution.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Service background preferred.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLU).
- Effective negotiator and influencer.
- Detail-oriented.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
