    Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer

    Location: Winnersh, Berkshire

    Salary: £40,000 per annum + car and additional benefits

    Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

    About the Role:

    This full-time position involves providing training to clients from various sectors, ranging from novice managers to senior executives of international corporations.

    Our training sessions take place in our offices in Winnersh and Nottingham, as well as at the client's location. Additionally, courses are conducted virtually via Zoom and cover:

    • First Line Management
    • ILM Level 3 award in Leadership and Management
    • ILM Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management
    • Bespoke management training
    • ILM Level 5 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
    • ILM Level 7 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
    • Train the trainer

    About you:

    The ideal candidate should have a background in delivering ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited management and leadership training.

    Alternatively, individuals with relevant training experience and a keen interest in ILM will also be considered.

    You must be an outstanding communicator with a proven ability to adjust your training approach according to the seniority, expertise, and requirements of the participants.

    In addition to conducting standard courses, you will collaborate closely with our account managers and internal trainers to create and conduct customized courses tailored to our clients' specific needs.

    As an innovative company expanding our eLearning initiatives, a comfort with presenting on camera could be advantageous. Our partner company, with whom we share premises, is equipped with TV, radio, and podcasting studios, providing excellent support.
